hi

i tried to sign up for the premium service, but my credit card payment was not accepted. I tried both Amex and visa card, but no luck.

btw I'm based in Hong Kong with a HK issued card.

Hi, we've had problems with the credit card processing for a couple of countries (I think it relates to the format of the postal address, which then fails to validate with the credit card issuer). While we're working on that problem, if it's not too inconvenient you can use the PayPal option.
