You can play with the server or device priority in the MfE advanced settings. But make sure that you have backups for both device and google contacts. This thing behaves quite randomly. I cannot put my finger on what causes the problem. Like a fellow earlier, rebooting the device might get some things working better.

For me two days ago the MfE just refused to connect to the exchange server and do the sync. On NuevaSync I could see that it got connected and it was ok. I had to reset everything and start over. No idea why. This is no way working properly...maybe is because I have too high expectations

How many entries do you have? More than 5000 for calendar and more than 100 for contacts?

I second hex90. I also run into those issues. I have bigger calendar and contacts DBs. I tried restart, full resync, etc. with no success. Now I have deleted the MfE settings and trying a new sync. I also have been using it for a while with goosync and it was not that trouble some but it was not over MfE. Funny that we have Linux/Maemo and we use such a crappy protocol to sync. Where is the SyncML from Nokia? BAH!

Ok, as of today for me it doesn't work anymore in the device. I already emailed the info@... about it. I get in the device and sometimes it syncs, sometimes not. I don't know what happen since yesterday except that I changed to premium from trial...

Any ideas?

New calendars can be created on the device, also other applications can create new calendars. For example, the eCouch application created automatically a new calendar when installed.

If you could add the special mode - I'd be happy to help you to test it.

I think this is mostly a limitation of the MfE app. rather than something that NuevaSync servers could provide. Am I right?
