Windows Phone 7 - Draconion Exchange Compatiblity

Been looking into windows phone 7 recently, and the require device encryption flag for the device profile is a major sticking point with the current release of WP7. I suddenly thought why not proxy the data through? ie: I was thinking nuevasync could retrieve the email data and then pass it to the WP7 device... My thinking behind this is that the phone is closed already, you cant get any data out of it, and if its taking the passcode requirements anyway that stops the general tapper, and remote wipe still works. Pie in the sky to think it this is possible to setup a proxy to a corporate exchange server?
