Details here : http://wiki.nuevasync.com/wiki/bin/view/Public/protocolNewDoc
Currently this feature is not available on trial accounts.
We will be turning it on as a default for new accounts in a day or two, unless any major problems are reported.

Hello,
my mail attachments won't download if I turn on the html feature. If I disable the feature, everything is fine. It also gives me an error on the device-status page (unknown error). I'm using Windows Mobile 6.5.
Thanks,
Daniel

Windows Mobile 6.1 (Standard)

I too have to manually download attachments or the rest of the e-mail when I have HTML configured through my account.

Add one more to the incomplete downloading of HTML for a WM 6.5 device. (Sprint Touch Pro with "cooked" MightyROM 6.)

Not working with RoadSync on S60, even after clearing the server information on the device and starting from scratch.

Has this issue been resolved for anyone? Do you still have to manually download messages? I'm still having problems, and I am debating going to a hosted Exchange service. (I don't mind the expense, will miss Gmail on the other hand)
This is a deal-breaker for me currently.

No, we have yet to get the necessary diagnostic information to figure out the problem.
Hopefully we'll have that information soon.

I'm fairly new to NuevaSync and everything is great so far. I did try the beta but had similar attachment issues as above and the HTML option remained greyed out. Has there been any further progress on this?
Thanks,

Hi, where are you seeing the HTML option grayed out ? (in the sync config, or in the device email app).

Last time I tried the turning the beta on in the NuevaSync config the HTML option in the email settings on the phone remained unavailable. I also had the mentioned attachment download issues. I have not tried it since then as it works with the beta off and I didn't want to mess with it.

The HTML option is also greyed out on my Samsung Omnia running WinMo 6.1 Pro. I have an Activesync settings screen similar to the one shown at the bottom of the following page:
http://wiki.nuevasync.com/wiki/bin/view/Public/protocolNewDoc
But on mine it says "Message Format: Plain Text" and the drop-down box is greyed out. Is there any trick to changing this option?
