Well, a good job would be when the service works perfectly for everyone. But thanks!

We're planning to deploy the fix very soon. I'll post an update here.

Ok, the code fix is in. In the end this turned out to be a bug we introduced yesterday in some performance optimizations, and had nothing per se to do with iPhone 3.0.

You should be able to cure your sync by resetting the folders again. We are going to run a script to do that automatically for all the users with the problem, but that isn't quite ready.

Fantastic! Everything is back to normal!

THANK YOU for your hard work on this issue. The prompt fix, and especially the updates while you worked on it, are very much appreciated.

THANK YOU (I know I already said that!)

Hi, thanks. The script has been run, so all affected users should be back in sync.

Hi, I think I tracked down your account. On the server, it looks to be in good shape, and syncing seems to be working ok. So this means that either a) it fixed itself since you posted, or b) the device is in a bad state but the server doesn't realize. Deleting the sync config, and re-creating it will usually get a device out of that condition.

Did it. Same results: contacts: perfect. Calendars: only one (not my main!) gets synced.

Should I start over again with a new NuevaSync account? I don't mind doing that if it would help. (You have made it so easy!)

I noticed the same thing with the Calendars when I just re-setup my connection. All specified calendars synced except for the Default. I noticed, however, that when I deleted and recreated the event in Default, that it synced afterwards. It did not sync if I simply modified it... if that helps anyone troubleshooting.

Hi there,

Thanks so much for working on this issue. None of my calendar or contacts seem to be syncing since the upgrade. I had tried re-setting this morning, but I may have broken things further. Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks so much - I love your service!

Ignore my last post - I deleted my account on my phone and reconfigured it, and all seems well.

Thanks much!

Hello,

I have been experiecing "a problem". But mine is that it seems that the Iphone can not connect to Nueva Sync. Since it is not connecting it can not retrieve the information from your server or database.

I try to go online and get into my account and it tells me the user is not valid nor the password. I did try setting up a new account but was'nt able to do so since the email I need to sync it is in use... by my account...

PLease help and let me know how to fix this,

Thanks,

cr

My service had been fine with 3.0 until today. My calendar's work but all my contacts have disappeared. Am I one of the affected users?

I updated my iPhone software this morning to 3.0 and as soon as it was done, I noticed I no longer had any contacts or calendars available on the phone. I sync with my google contacts and calendars. It has worked flawlessly for months until I did this. What am I to do? I've been trying various things all day but still no contacts or calendars after 13 hours. Am I one of the few it is still affecting?

I just saw your "reset" fix and did that, it worked great on my Calendars and my Contacts came back too but most of my contacts were duplicated 10x, yikes! Am I to go and delete all the duplicates on my phone or is there something I can do more efficiently? Thanks for the Calendar fix, though!
