Hi, this should now work. Devices running WM6.0 should now get HTML.

Well - I'm not sure what changed, but my phone suddenly told me it needed to do a full resync and after that happened the HTML option is no longer greyed out

Maybe it takes a day or two after enabling the beta option for it to activate? In any case I'm in business now.

No, what happened is that we implemented support for the protocol version WM6.0 devices try to use when syncing HTML.
Previously we only had support for the WM6.1 and later protocol.
