Ditto to the third power. I am having the trash and folders problems on my iphone, but I am still getting my e-mails pushed fairly well adn fairly consistently. For a service that is a few days old, I'm not too peeved, but I do hope you're able to resolve the problems soon. Good luck

Just a quick update on this:

There obviously is a problem for some people deleting messages on iPhones. We've had a number of reports of this. However, it doesn't seem to affect all users. After each service update we perform a set of tests on a number of test devices and accounts here. Deleting messages on an iPhone for a GMail account is one of the tests we do, and it worked after last night's update (and still works now---I just checked).

We're investigating the accounts of a couple of users who reported this via support and I expect we'll have it figured out and resolved soon.

Good to hear that this is being looked into. Can those of us experiencing this do anything to help expedite the diagnosis? I'm really looking forward to all the little kinks being sorted out, so if I can help in anyway, all the better

No, we have it fixed already. We're testing the fix before deployment to make sure it all works.

This is great news! As a new customer (earlier today) I thought those delays were normal. EEEEK!

Wow, that's great

I have to say its very refreshing to see a company being so open in its dialogue with subscribers, keep up the good work!

So the problem DID get fixed for a little while, and I just went to delete a couple of e-mails and got the error message again. Hoping that the second fix has not yet gone into effect yet and that that catches my problem.
